What is FleetCache?

FleetCache is a fleet compliance management platform that helps trucking companies and independent drivers track CDL credentials, DOT inspections, medical cards, insurance, and other required documents. Our SMS notifications keep drivers informed about critical compliance deadlines.

How Users Opt In to SMS

FleetCache collects explicit opt-in consent for SMS notifications through the following methods:

      Account Registration: When a user creates a FleetCache account, they voluntarily provide their phone number in the registration form. Providing a phone number is optional and constitutes consent to receive transactional SMS notifications.
Driver Profile Setup: When a company admin adds a driver to their fleet, the driver's phone number is entered. The driver must create their own FleetCache account and accept the company invite to begin receiving SMS notifications.
In-App Settings: Users can enable or disable SMS notifications at any time through their account settings within the FleetCache application (Settings → Notifications → Text Notifications).

    

Types of SMS Messages Sent

FleetCache sends only transactional, compliance-related SMS notifications:

Document Expiration Alerts: Notifications when a CDL, medical card, insurance policy, or other credential is expiring soon or has expired.
Appointment Reminders: Reminders for scheduled DOT physicals, inspections, drug tests, and other compliance appointments.
Company Invitations: One-time notification when a company admin invites a driver to join their fleet on FleetCache.
Compliance Template Updates: Notification when new document requirements are assigned to a driver.

FleetCache does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the user's document expiration schedule and company activity. Typical users receive 1-5 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

Users can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:

Replying STOP to any FleetCache SMS message
Disabling text notifications in the FleetCache app (Settings → Notifications)
