After signing in as a Company admin, head to Settings → People to invite drivers and managers. Add trucks, trailers, and equipment from the Drivers / Fleet tabs. Each asset can carry its own credentials with expiration tracking.
FleetCache tracks every credential's expiration date and color-codes its status (valid / expiring soon / expired). Push alerts fire automatically before things expire — you can fine-tune which categories you want notified about under Settings → Alerts.
Yes. When you invite a driver, they get access to their own credentials and assignments. Drivers see what's expiring on their own license/medical card and can upload renewals from their phone.
Plan management lives on our website at fleetcache.com. Sign in there and head to Settings → Billing to view, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.
Apple's App Store rules require that subscription purchases for SaaS products like FleetCache happen on the web. Your subscription works the same on every platform — we just collect payment via fleetcache.com.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that same provider button instead — there's no password to reset.
Sign in to your account, head to Settings → Account, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your profile and any data linked to it. Company admins should reassign the company to another admin before deleting.
